How do I know you’re legit?
We ONLY work with FDA-registered manufacturers and we're an FDA-approved importer ourselves - all masks have certifications and filtration-level testing to ensure the highest quality.
Can I return or exchange my damaged product?
Absolutely. Whether your product is damaged or defected, we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible! Just make sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Are your masks from China?
Our face masks, like nearly all personal protective gear, are sourced from our manufacturing partners in China, who are reputable and well-established, so that we can offer affordable prices to those in need. All of our partners are FDA-Approved, so you aren't going to buy a mask on our site and get a different mask when you open the box.
That said, we're supporting the NY community by donating 50% of our profits towards local small business and healthcare frontline workers impacted by COVID-19.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Depending on your address, you may be subject to sales tax. The final amount is reflected in the checkout process before your place your purchase.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, and Apple Pay. If you need to place a bulk order, we can take your payment info via phone so it’s safe and secure.
Can I clean my face mask or wear it multiple times?
It is recommended that these style of face masks be discarded after each use. Please consult with a medical professional or the CDC for official recommendations.
Is shipping included?
We charge a flat shipping fee anywhere in the US on orders less than $40. Otherwise shipping is FREE on any order above $40.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, though some products are limited to the contiguous 48 states. We’re working on being able to ship internationally. Stay tuned!
How do I dispose of my mask correctly?
Wash your hands first. Take off your mask. Fold your used mask into half (so your germs/droplets are contained inside)... then another half… and half again… until it is like a roll. Wrap it with a tissue paper (so germs wont be exposed to the air) and then throw it in the garbage.
